힐링 수업도 함께 진행합니다.

Welcome to Grace Yoga, based in Jungja, Bundang &Yongin.
I once worked as a flight attendant for Emirates,
but constant knee pain from a vascular tumor and a herniated disc
made daily life difficult.
Yoga helped me heal both physically and emotionally,and now I teach senior yoga, healing yoga, and meditation yoga to help others experience the same transformation.
I currently teach on EBS TV Lifelong School and at the Yongin City Corporation,
incorporating crystal singing bowls and doTERRA aromatherapy into my healing classes.
This channel shares gentle yoga routines for pain relief,senior wellness, meditation, and emotional balance.
